Havana, the capital of Cuba since the 16th century, is a beautiful, cosmopolitan city, designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. In architecture, it is mixture of 16th- and 17th-century Spanish Baroque architecture, neoclassical monuments and charming homes; in lifestyle it is one of the liveliest cities in Latin America. Many agree there is no place like Havana; it is a city of music, passion, dynamics, and positive vibe.
Kingston, the capital of Jamaica, is a city that incorporates modern lifestyle and traditional Jamaican culture; urban and vibrant, it is the city where different cultures have found their home. It is widely known as the city of colours, sights, sounds and smells.
Port Royal is the southernmost community of Kingston, and one of the oldest and most historic regions. At the time it was pirate’s capital of the Caribbean, and today it is an urban centre, strongly and in many ways connected to the sea. The surrounding sea is abundant with remains of the turbulent history, and attracts nautical archeologists, pirate enthusiasts and treasure hunters.
San Juan is the capital city of Puerto Rico. It is the second oldest town in Americas and of the biggest and best natural harbours in Caribbean. The city is also known as the walled city ("La Ciudad Amurallada") and proud of its many forts, erected between the 15th and 19th centuries – these defensive structures were built to protect the city and the Bay of San Juan, and represent a fine display of European military architecture adapted to harbour sites on the American continent. La Fortaleza and San Juan National Historic Site were put on the UNESCO World Heritage Sites list in 1983.
Rich history of this old city is recognizable in its many cultural remains, such as Plazas, parks, museums…
